Job Description
Position is for a Senior Engineer, Network Consulting, providing Network Engineering services in support of large enterprise customer data networks. The position serves as the primary engineering interface to the customers and supports the design and implementation of customer's WAN/LAN /IPT enterprise network projects and comprises the following activities (a) Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers' internetworking communications requirements; (b) Investigate, design, plan, and implement physical and logical communications networks; (c) Prepare schematics to define and illustrate network design solutions; (d) Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software; (e) Perform router/switch network hardware/software upgrades; (f) Provide designs for Call Control System and route plan: (g) Provide design support for Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Call Manager Clustering, Telephony Gateway, Voice Gateway, FXO/FXS modules and Gatekeeper (h) Perform WAN - IP Routed Network Integration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Cisco knowledge with 5-7 years experience in network design, operational support, or hands-on implementation and configuration of routers, hubs, switches, and cabling in a large enterprise LAN/WAN environment. Knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, FR/ATM, MPLS, WLAN, IPVPN, IP Telephony, ACLs, TCP/IP, IPX. Cisco certifications at the CCVP level highly desired. Excellent customer interface, oral communications, and technical writing skills is a must. Working experience with Microsoft Office products(word,excel,powerpoint,visio)

- Forward completed circuit design and ticket to CAT team

CERTIFIED WELD INSPECTOR
The right candidate will perform Weld NDT inspection including VT (visual), MT (magnetic Particle) and PT (penetrant). Inspection of simple and complex machined details to complex mechanical assemblies using various inspection equipment in open set ups. Interpret blueprint drawings with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. Analyze inspection data results and work with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues. Will be responsible for keeping and maintaining all NDT reports and logs including documentation of compliance with applicable ASME codes and regulations. Will maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Must perform administrative tasks for inspection purposes.
Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or GED/BOCES required.
Must pass a proficiency test.
Required to pass an eye examination including color blindness test.
Must be willing to travel.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and AS400 preferred.
RT, UT, MT, or PT Cert/Quals a plus.
Certificate in Weld Inspection (CWI) desired.
ASME, PED, ATEX, NEC, NACE, ANSI, and/or TEMA code experience and familiarity is desired.
Pressure vessel, piping, pump, fluid transfer, heat transfer design experience is desired.
Familiar with manufacturing processes such as heavy equipment mfg., welding technology, control panel, materials technology, manufacturing methods technology.

Prepare and communicate schedules for the press and cast areas that satisfy the requirements of manufacturing, distribution and our customers, utilizing the IDS order management system. Insure that film and other necessary materials are available to produce customer orders in an efficient and timely manner.
1. Using electronic order management system, determine which orders will be added to the schedule for the press and cast departments, based upon cutstomer request dates, material/line availability, production efficiency, nd utiliztion of mximum line capacities.
2. Update press schedules to reflect production since prior update, and resequence orders added to reflect current status.
3. Update film inventory and determine that all scheduled film is available.
4. Analyze schedules and backlogs for problems. Make corrections and reccommendations to resolve them.
5. Schedule Cast lines.
6. Print and distribute line schedules to support and production areas in a timely manner.
7. Print and distribute film, backlog and scheduling reports in a timely manner.
8. Maintain understanding of manufcturing capabilities of different machines.
9. Attend appropriate meetings and participate as a team member or resource for continuous imporovement initiatives as needed.

The mission of the National Guard's computer and IT division is to provide and manage communications and information systems support for the command and control of combined arms forces. Signal support includes Network Operations (information assurance, information dissemination management, and network management) and management of the electromagnetic spectrum. Signal support encompasses all aspects of designing, installing, maintaining, and managing information networks to include communications links, computers, and other components of local and wide area networks. Signal forces plan, install, operate, and maintain voice and data communications networks that employ single and multi-channel satellite, tropospheric scatter, terrestrial microwave, switching, messaging, video-teleconferencing, visual information, and other related systems. They integrate tactical, strategic and sustaining base communications, information processing and management systems into a seamless global information network that supports knowledge dominance for the National Guard, joint and coalition operations.
Duties for computers and IT opportunities may include but are not limited to:
Maintaining, testing and repairing communications equipment and security devices
Preparing and transmitting messages
Encode and decode classified messages
Operate different types of telephone switchboards
Install, maintain and operate communications equipment
Providing advice and technical assistance to subordinates and commanders
