Every Army National Guard Post must have its own electricity. As a Power-Generation Equipment Repairer, you'll keep the electricity running smoothly by maintaining and repairing electricity-generating equipment in mobile and stationary power plants.
The Power-Generation Equipment Repairer is responsible for supervising and performing maintenance and overhaul of Power-Generation equipment, internal combustion engines and associated equipment.

Learn minor trailer repairs, trailer spotting, and wheel maintenance service per GE TFS standards and work directly with other TFS mechanics to learn and improve skills. 2. May assist with minor service calls/offsite repair services as determined by the Manager. 3. Responsible for yard and shop cleanup. 4. Stock parts as they come into the branch and help with the ordering of needed supplies. 5. Perform all work in accordance with GE TFS established safety procedures. 6. Equipment Installers are responsible for the installation of equipment used in voice, video, fiber optics and data telecommunications networks. Analyze, plan, layout and assign installation activity to other installation personnel. Act as subject matter expert on provisioning, activating and testing ADC and OEM electronic equipment. The work will involve the installation of cable, wiring, and telecommunications equipment in Central Office facilities. Installers are familiar with and/or are trained with iron work/bays/equipment rack installation, DC power know-how, wire wrapping/color code understanding, blueprint/schematic reading and method of procedures.
